PayPal is having technical difficulty sending (IPN) Instant Payment Notifications. If you have placed an order through PayPal please disregard an email stating that you have not completed your order. Please, do not go back into your account and repay.  If you have already gone back into your account and paid again, there will be a credit on your account to be used for your next order. PayPal is working diligently to resolve this issue.
